Security

Protecting customer information is central to First ChatBank. We use layered administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to reduce security risk.

How we protect the Service

Our security program includes measures such as encrypted network connections, access controls, authentication protections, dependency and infrastructure maintenance, logging and monitoring, data minimization, and incident-response procedures. We review controls as the Service and threat landscape evolve.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. You can help by using a strong, unique password, enabling additional authentication protections when available, keeping your devices updated, and never sharing sign-in codes or credentials.

Report a security concern

If you believe you found a vulnerability or suspect unauthorized access to your account, email hello@firstchatbank.com with a clear description and steps to reproduce the issue. Do not access, modify, or retain other users' data, disrupt the Service, or use social engineering while investigating.

Please do not include passwords, private keys, full payment-card numbers, or unnecessary personal information in your report.
