These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of First ChatBank's websites, applications, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You agree to provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

The Service

The Service provides conversational tools for exploring and managing financial tasks. Features may use artificial intelligence and may change over time.

AI-generated content can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. It is provided for general informational purposes and is not personalized financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Verify important information and seek a qualified professional when appropriate.

Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, using the Service does not by itself open a bank account, establish a fiduciary relationship, approve credit, guarantee a transaction, or create deposit-insurance coverage.

Your instructions and content

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information and instructions you submit. Review transaction details before confirming them. You retain ownership of your content and grant us a limited right to host, process, transmit, and display it as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

Acceptable use

You may not:

  • use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority;
  • attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
  • interfere with or overload the Service, bypass security controls, or distribute malware;

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices govern your use of those services. We are not responsible for third-party products or content.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and materials, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may perform maintenance that affects availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, officers, employees, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or opportunities arising from the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service during the 12 months before the claim or USD 100. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your content, or your material violation of these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material violation of these Terms, legal requirements, security risk, or discontinuation of the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where First ChatBank is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer law requires otherwise. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes that are not resolved informally.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms and will post the updated version with a new effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide notice where required.
